SS’17 – Street Styling Mumbai

Mumbai is burning. More than ever, the heat here is now intolerable. Normal for the people who live in hotter cities but us Mumbaikars aren’t used to this temperature. The humidity here makes it worse, I guess. It’s a pain to survive a whole day in anything more than a pair of shorts and a cotton tee.

I curated this look for an ‘all day all night’ out kinda day (avoid the cape during the day for obvious reasons). Not a big fan of floral prints but since these leggings are black and white, I like them. Yellow is my favourite colour after black as it best compliments my skin tone. Cross necks are forever trending, best to show off those collar bones! I got this one from a boutique in Lokhandwala market – Andheri, named #Glamour. They import and design impeccably elegant clothes and bags for women.  If you’re looking for a unique piece, this place will conclude your wander.

The platform white sneakers are from Koovs and the cape is from Splash India. Black, white, grey and yellow is the most elegant set of combination. Also, perfect for this spring summer season. Starting with this campaign, I’ve experimented with my Instagram feed as well. Do check it out and give me a heads up if you think it looks good!

Also, my laptop is a little messed up which is why I couldn’t edit the pictures for this blog. So I couldn’t adjust the exposure and some pictures might seem to be is low light because of the same. However, the good news is that you can see the real me! Yay or nay?

Coming up next is a jewellery brand that has recently launched its collection of uniquely curated pieces for the Indian market. Stay tuned on my Instagram and Facebook for updates as well as a live coverage of their collection!

P.S: Received an innovative gift from Love This Stuff and every beer lover will love it! Okay I used the word ‘love’ too many times, I need sleep. But can you guess what it is? Will be sharing it on my social media this weekend. Speaking of which, have a great one ya’ll!

Happy Poss-ing!
