Jobless no more

Hello again! How have you guys been? My sad months of the year are on since my final exams are approaching and I recently got done with my practical exams! Teachers in engineering colleges really do squeeze the juice outta you. By the way, for people who do not know, I am in the final year of computer engineering. I’m glad it will soon be over!

Anyway, this look is a semi-formal one to make a dull serious office look alive with people working in smart trendy clothes.  Thought of styling a look as such since we all are “growing up” or recently did and joined some company, 9 to 5.

The key to add some life to your office wear is the choice of color. Sticking to blue and grey is just sad and monotonous. Here are some shades of red, green, yellow and pink to add the right amount of spark to your formal outfits.

RED: Wine, Garnet, Currant and Berry

GREEN: Moss, Olive, Pine and Seaweed

YELLOW: Amber, Ginger, Rust and Bronze

PINK: Punch, Salmon, Coral and Flamingo

I call the above colors classy colors!

Pants, blazers, shirts or skirts! Anything in these colors break the monotony and saves you from looking over-dressed for work. In the look that I styled, I wore pine green perfectly fitted pants with a black shirt and a striped monochrome tube top. The shoes are pointed loafers, open from the back and the bag is strong, spacious and black. Also, a bright lip color will kill no one at work but just keep you going.

TIP: Do not use too many colors on too many apparels at the same time. Which means, if your outfit is in greys and blacks, you can get classy colored shoes or bags. If you shirt is in a classy color, try to keep the rest in monochrome. Oh and a bold black watch.
